  Lack of professionalism. I never post reviews but this has so ticked me off. I have a schedule appnt for 6:30, which i confirmed via text and phone call. I was running late , call the office, no one answered. arrived in the office at 6:37 NO ONE IS AT THE FRONT DESK. so i knock on the door and say hello loudly ..no answer. about 4-5min after i arrived, the receptionist returns on his cell phone, doesnt even notice me waiting. I say hello, i have an appnt. He tells me i'm late now, they turn their phones off at 6:30. my appnt is cancelled. I have never seen this protocol at any office. If you want to close your office at 6:30, then do not make 6:30 appnts. needless to say I will never be returning.
