All the receptionists I talked seemed friendly and no ill will towards the dental assistants. However, this place has 0 respect for your time. The reviews about this place being overbooked are still 100% accurate. If you do choose to come here, be prepared to wait an indeterminate amount of time before you’re ushered into the dental room. Then be prepared to wait another indeterminate amount of time before the dentist will actually see you. After waiting well over half an hour with no dentist in sight (for the second time!), I simply got up and left. If you were a patient and showed up over half an hour late to an appointment, you would not be allowed a visit. There’s no reason why it should not be vice-versa. Definitely will not be going back again.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME even close to this place. First of all, front desk lack of organization. My appointment was for 3 PM, and I waited 2 hours in the lobby. When I finally saw the doctor for 10 maybe 12 minutes, he did not get anything done (meanwhile walk-ins were taken care of before me). When I got upset and asked woman at the front desk about the wait time she gave me attitude and raised her voice like it’s my fault. Place looooves x-rays. Every time lady takes 4-6 x-rays, where 2 of them she must mess up every visit (charging my insurance for all of them). Procedure chairs are placed very close to each other. People are bumping onto you, kids running around (might get lucky and get spit of a person next to you on your clothes). At the end I got wisdom teeth pulled out which was not my main concern. One month later I am still in pain. Guess what?? After making another appointment and an hour of waiting they took more x-rays. Doctor was with another patient, while taking care of me. After another hour told me everything is fine and he doesn’t know why I am in pain. I am usually not a complainer and deal with pain. So the fact that I had to go back there and he could not do anything for me is really concerning. At this point I flipped out and left… If you like to be treated like nothing, and pay big bucks for it, this is great opportunity to do so. This office acts like they are doing you a favor to see you.

My appointment was at 11 AM and I was not seen until 2:30. Everyone in the waiting room had to wait as long as me. The office clearly overbooked and had no regard for how delayed they were. The front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I was finally seen to get my wisdom teeth removed, the doctor disregarded my complaints that the surgery was hurting me and I needed more numbing. The doctor also prescribed me antibiotics when I was already on similar antibiotics and never answered my call or called me back when I left a message asking about the antibiotics. WORST experience ever I do NOT recommend.

I went here for a few years and tolerated the office being overbooked, dirty and not so private due to them taking my insurance. Do not make my mistake. I started having tooth pain and Dr. Kessler informed me that I needed a tooth removed. He wouldn’t tell me why, left the room and told me to book the extraction or go see somebody else. I did go see somebody else. To my horror not only did the tooth need to be removed but I had 9 cavities, severe bone loss and gum disease and a couple of my other teeth were starting to become loose which needed immediate surgery. Dr. Kessler told me for multiple visits that my teeth were fine, no cavities and that I just needed a deep clean and a bite guard. This is terrifying that a provider would be so negligent as to wait to let my teeth rot and then pull them out one by one. Had I continued here I would have lost many more. Beware of this place. The piles of boxes, the dirty rooms and the stoic staff are a complete reflection of the man at the helm.

My husband had an appointment for surgery scheduled months in advance with the understanding he would be going under. The day of the appointment we sat there for hours just to be told forms needed to be sent to insurance for anesthesia approval. Staff was definitely derelict and incompetent because they knew what insurance he had and knew he wanted to go under. It seems to me they should have had that squared away or told us to call the insurance so we didn't have to waste a morning in office and receive no service
