  Dr. Bruno is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. He knew my problem was not my asthma right away. He took a lot of time with me, and I was his last patient of the day. He answered all my questions. The girls were extremely friendly at desk and respiratory therapist. I am very happy with my new pulmonologist. My father also sees him and is very happy with him. Thank you, Dr. Bruno.

  When I first started seeing dr Bruno he was a great guy. Very knowledgeable with a great personalty. Over time, though, he became surly and stand offish, like I was annoying him. My last visit was at his present headquarters. I felt very uncomfortable there. Same negative personality. I don’t know what his problem was nor did I care to find out. It’s too bad. I really liked him and considered him an excellent practitioner.

  Made an appointment at the end on January 2022 for April 18, 2022 for 11:00 am. I was told to be at the office by 10:30. Myself and another person were waiting outside the office for a half hour. I called the office and the service told me they open at 12:00 pm. I waited until 12:00 pm and no one came to the office. How horrible is this??? How unprofessional is this office to not call to let patients know your office was going to be closed. You office staff has no respect for people. This is a reflection of you Dr. Bruno. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

  Dr. Bruno and his staff were excellent. Dr.Bruno very concerned as well as personable. The girls were all very nice. One of the girls even stood outside so I would see her and where the office was. Recommend this office 100%

  Would just like to make everyone on here aware that this one particular lady in the office of Dr. James Bruno (pulmonologist) is beyond unprofessional. I went in there with paperwork regarding my grandmothers stay in the hospital recently that my job had asked for. She kept telling me how he cannot fill out the paperwork (mind you it’s all filled out just needs the dates & his initials) also how he just came back from vacation & I would be the last paperwork that he would look at.  I was very nice to her and tried to explain the situation but she did not want to hear anything i had to say. THE MOST NASTIEST UNPROFESSIONAL woman I’ve ever encountered in a practice like that. Shame on Dr Bruno for allowing someone like that to work in his office.
