  Dr Becker has been my Doctor for two years now and I never have felt so understood. I was nervous going to a new doctor, safe to say I've made the best choice for myself and health. The wait time is a little long but so worth it! He's honest, patient and has compassion for his patients. Sometimes I get so confused and frustrated with my referals, the office manager called right at that moment and set up my appointment for me. So kind and helpful! So grateful for such an amazing doctor and team!

  The best doctor ever! I came in for an initial medical visit with Dr. Michaels and I was very pleased with how my doctor took care of me, I felt super at home and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. She made me laugh so much and it truly made my day, she is both knowledgeable and has a great personality, moreover, you can tell she really loves her job and takes great pride in taking care of her patients like family!!! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants someone who really cares about the mankind and who takes an actual medical history and a does a real physical for her patients! Dr. Yana Michaels and I are now family cause she made me feel so at home! Looking forward to all my future visits with her, she is awesome don't delay, come see a real doctor today! Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful a very rare find now a days, the managers are excellent you can tell they too care for the practice and patients the see! Dr Becker the medical director clearly knows how to chose the best health care employees to ensure everyone is well taken care of, thank you very much for such a wonderful initial visit, I highly recommend this practice to everyone i know!!!

  My aunt recently visited this office for what was supposed to be a routine checkup , but the experience left us very uncomfortable. During her appointment, she was instructed to complete a “cognitive test” using some form of virtual reality equipment. This test was not related to the reason for her visit, nor was it something she requested. She was advised to participate without a clear explanation of its medical necessity. What made the situation even more concerning was the environment in which the test was conducted. She was placed in what appeared to be an employee break room, with staff members eating during the exam. This felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate for any type of medical evaluation, especially one involving specialized equipment. Additionally, she noted something troubling about the office environment. Dr. Gary becker had a noticeable collection of alcohol bottles some OPEN, displayed in his office, which did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect in a medical setting. Overall, the visit created more stress than reassurance. Patients should feel confident that recommendations are medically necessary, clearly explained, and conducted in a professional environment. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

  Future patients should be aware of how this office treats new patients. I called simply to schedule a new patient appointment, and before I could even explain the reason for my call, I was immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. That alone was frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, calling back made the experience even worse. The receptionist, Eliza, was rude, dismissive, and spoke with an attitude that made it clear customer service is not a priority in this office. For a medical practice, where patients are often already stressed or seeking help, this level of disrespect is unacceptable. The front desk is the first point of contact for any office, and this experience left a terrible first impression. If this is how new patients are treated before they even walk through the door, it raises serious concerns about the professionalism and standards of the entire practice. Dr. Gary Becker should be aware that this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the office. They owe me a star for being generous and giving them 1.

  I’ve been going to Dr Becker for years but lately the wait has gotten ridiculous. This new staff picks and Chooses who they let see him first so having an appointment doesn’t make any sense at all. I’m truly disappointed I’ve referred so many ppl to him over the years but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had so far. They told me I was next but I saw so many ppl walking in ahead of me when I asked they lied and said they were there for other doctors. This is after waiting over 3 hours. I got in the room and saw Dr Becker walking out the room with the same person they said wasn’t there to see him. I’m truly disappointed. I left without being seen .
