  I called 10/08/23 12:40pm to get information because I’m in pain due to a bad tooth. I called to speak to someone to get information if they accept walk in or how to go about setting appointments etc and instead of her providing CUSTOMER SERVICE! she hung up on me. If y’all don’t like tending to customers/patients then don’t be in the field!! Stop taking y’all problems to work!!! Whoever that representative was very rude!!!!! And I myself is in nursing school currently because of people like you who don’t care about others!!!! Very unprofessional.
