  Office is run very poorly I called the office for two weeks straight several times during the course of the day and nobody answered the phone then when I finally got through one young lady told me I’m the only one that answers the phone evidently she doesn’t do a good job neither then when I go see the doctor the doctor don’t have none of the papers for my test results yet she has to go out and ask somebody for the test results for my lab report it was not sent in her office with me when I got in her office which should all be taken care of doing triage any paperwork that the patient needs any lab work that the patient is therefore should be all sent to the doctor’s office so when the patient goes to the doctors office is ready for it and not make the patient wait until all the stuff gets in there after you already made the patient go inside the office everybody got time to chitchat to each other and go and spend time with each other‘s offices instead of taking care of patients I’ve been going to this practice since the early 80s and here is 2026 I’m gonna have to change officers
