  Highly Recommend – A Truly Caring and Professional Clinic I was a little hesitant at first, and I almost looked elsewhere. But something told me to call anyway, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first phone call, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They immediately put me at ease and made the whole process smooth. When I arrived at the clinic, the warm and caring atmosphere continued. Everyone went out of their way to help me get in to see the doctor quickly and comfortably. Dr. Cao Ning is wonderfully caring and attentive, you can truly tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The clinic itself is spotless, well-organized, and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. I left feeling completely taken care of and very happy with the entire experience. If you’re looking for clinic that combines professionalism with real human kindness, this is the place. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!

  Both my parents go to Dr. Cao as their PCP. Although Dr. Cao is fine, their staff needs retraining. My mom received a flu shot and after inspection (I am a certified immunizer), the immunizer injected too low (midway through the arm- approximately 6 inches from the acromion process). This led to a hematoma 2 weeks post vaccination. I will be reporting this to VAERS but likely is a technique issue.

  Too many unnecessary tests, she definitely maximizes insurance for huge payouts. Office is run like a factory. First visit we noticed the full waiting room & thought wow she must be good but this was not the case as she makes you come back for test results so she can order more for next time, unrelated to your initial visit. Doesn’t answer relevant questions & maybe gives you 5 minutes of her time, always in a hurry & no empathy.

  Not a fan of this doctor. Got blood work done here, and it came back that I was pre diabetic. Never once was she concerned. Most REPUTABLE doctors would want to maybe explore other options to help lower your blood sugar levels, but not this “doctor”. I asked to get more labs done as well as help with medication, & she told me I don’t need it! She told me to instead lose weight and cut out sugar in which I am doing already. She should not be a doctor. No compassion or empathy. Save your time and go elsewhere.

  I have never experienced such terrible empathy, communication, and attitude from a medical professional until my second visit with Dr. Cao. My first visit went smoothly with Dr. Cao, but during the second visit she told me "I know nothing about [my condition]", refused to fill out leave of absence paperwork, and told me "this is the last time I'm helping you." When I told her office manager I refused to be billed for my visit as she did not help me with the goal of my second office visit and did not seek to understand, Dr. Cao rudely said to me in front of other patients in the waiting room, "I am going to bill you because you took up too much of my time."I saw her for a maximum of 10 minutes total, in which I explained how my condition has not gotten better. She was not empathetic at all, and had a very dismissive attitude. From reading other Google reviews, it seems I am not the only patient who had experienced this. I am never going back to Dr. Cao, and I hope others will think twice and know what's best for them.
