  In my 45 years seeing different doctors, the first most unprofessional person ever, he asked me if I want a denture, occur in my fears I want to ask a lot question. His response back was I don't want drama, I have a lot patience. How a doctor can be so disrespectful not only with me, but also with the young Hispanic lady. Was obviously she doesn't know how to take the X-ray properly, she looked like still learning. But he don't have the right to speak with a bad attitude to nobody, from the beginning I don't felt good in that place. The don't look so clean and not a good environment, yes I accept medicaid it's not the best. But also he argued with me they don't pay well, I don't recommend that place to nobody at all. I think he need to retire. I am sorry for those ladies, working in that place.

  The person who answers the phone leaves you on hold for 15 mins before picking up the phone to hang up or they just let it ring until it disconnects. Extremely unprofessional. Maybe screen who you put to answer your phones because whoever that person who is suppose to be doing it now is causing your practice and the pts a disservice. There is no reason why anyone should have to call back to back just to make an appointment. Honestly there’s plenty of people who would appreciate a job now a days and it’s obviously she’s not one of them.

  During the short time from feb- may. This clinic was not following any covid protocols. They weren’t checking temperatures and lots of the patients that were in the waiting room weren’t wearing masks. Seats were as close together as they could get. Front desk professionals weren’t very welcoming. Bathrooms were unsanitary during half of my visits, with poop on the tissues and the toilet. Waiting was always long whether I showed up an hour early or 15 minutes late. Only 2 dental professionals there to service every patient, which means that they are rushing to get to the next bag (I mean mouth). They take patients literally back to back, giving themselves no time to make the area sanitary for the next client. Covid or not it was just not sanitary. The people in that area seem to have no choice but to go to that dentist since it’s nearby, but I would suggest going to a 5 star one especially if you’re paying out of pocket. Also make sure you are checking with your insurance because they charged me for a cleaning that I never got, and I only knew because the insurance told me. I wanted to find something good to say about this office but, the only thing I could thing of is how convenient it is near food, shopping, bus, train, and is off the Main Street.   The dentist is rude. The young one asked me to refrain from making a complaint in front of other patients. If you have an appointment for 1 PM expect to be seen at 4! Unorganized and distasteful.
