I had a horrible experience with Dr. Ezraty. When I tried to explain what happened while he was away—and how sick I became during the holidays—he wouldn’t even let me finish speaking. I could barely breathe, was coughing up very dark green phlegm, and the covering doctor refused to treat my bronchitis. He only ordered an albuterol pump and didn’t want to prescribe any antibiotics. When I explained all of this to Dr. Ezraty, he became visibly irritated, repeatedly cut me off, and told me he wouldn’t have treated my bronchitis either. He then said, in a very condescending tone, that perhaps I needed to find another doctor. So I took his suggestion and left. If I could give zero stars, I would. Side bar - I was a heavy cigarette smoker for 33 years . He is / was aware of that .

Park South Medical is one of the few doctors offices left you can get a real person on the phone and reach your doctor when needed during an emergency. The staff is professional, polite and treats their patients like family. I was able to see my primary doctor, dermatologist podiatrist & ophthalmologist all at one location. In a world of technology it was nice to have such a personal professional experience during a medical crisis.

Went to see this doctor since I needed an PCP referral for a specialist and waited over an hour. I explained my problems and he put in blood work and I asked him if he could include a test for gluten intolerance and he responded with “everyone wants to be gluten free because it’s sexy. Your symptoms aren’t because of gluten” … well turns out I have celiacs disease from a biopsy I received from my new GI doctor. So thank you Dr Ezratty for the confidence and great listening.. not.

Several TERRIBLE experiences, there's a reason Ezratty's clinic is under 2 stars on Google. Dr. Ezratty is extremely clueless and arrogant, he doesn't know what he's doing and I'm concerned for the rest of his patients. He's condescending and doesn't know anything about general health or nutrition. He has lots of gaps in his knowledge and spreads dangerous misinformation (which I later confirmed with several doctors and studies) instead of admitting he doesn't know the answers. He violates HIPAA by loudly sharing patient information in common areas. He even shoved me really hard in front of staff as a way of assuring me? It's on camera. There's unprofessionalism all around; inexperienced staff members yelling at each other, including Dr. Ezratty, disorganization, and inability to complete simple tasks such as searching for emails and retrieving lab reports. I'm not sure how he got his license but l'll be filing a complaint against Dr. Ezratty to the New York State Department of Health.

I visited Dr. Ezratty’s office a few months ago because I needed a new primary care doctor. We spoke about my plans to get surgery and he was on board. He mentioned a friend of his that performed a different type of surgery and gave me her information. I respectfully took it, but I had researched my surgeon and want to stay with him. I went through the process and obtained all my medical clearances as required by my insurance. Last on my list was a letter of support from my primary care provider, Dr. Ezratty. At my appointment, he walked in looking upset and asked me the reason for today’s visit. I reminded him of our talk and he said “So you didn’t go to the doctor I recommended?” I said, no I would like to stick to the same surgeon. He then said he needed a letter from one of the specialists (who have already cleared me) and I said okay. He asked if I have gotten vaccinated and I said I have that scheduled for next week. He slammed my chart closed and said “let’s not do this today, I wouldn’t even think about operating on you without a vaccine”. Come back after that. I was shocked and asked him how come? This was the last visit on my list and this would really delay my process. I would like to add that at no point did my surgeon require I get vaccinated I’m order to operate on me. He stood up very close to my face and said “what do you want from me then?!” I was in such shock a doctor was acting so abrupt with me that I couldn’t even speak. He said “you’ve already seen the other doctors I’m the last one, what do you need from me?” I said “my insurance requires a letter of support from my doctor” and he laughed and said “someone that has met you once?” I gathered my belongings and left. His bedside manner was so distasteful and empathy was non existent. I felt like I wanted to cry, he stopped me on the way out and said there will be no charge for today. As if that was going to make things better. I understand he is the doctor and would have understood his push back if he was more delicate with his delivery. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this office and I hope this helps future patients.
