  The doctor is rarely in the office and the receptionist at the front desk need to be fired. Where do I start? This doctor is the only one in the state that does the examination that I need for my job, and he charges 750 dollars for this said exam when the other doctor that does this exam only charges 400. Then the receptionists. The two that work for this doctor need to be fired! I first schedule my exam for December the 11th, but needed to have it moved to another day. I requested to move it, and the receptionist on the phone said they had made a mistake and scheduled me for November 11th-- (A date that had already passed at the time so I am unruly sure how they could mess that up.) So I move the date to the 18th at 12:30, but from the request on my employment, moved it to the 17th. I recieved no updates or notifications of when my scheduled appointment was, and it wasn't until two days before my appointment that I recieved a call saying the receptionist had me for two appointments. I told them for the 17th that I would like to come in and the receptionist told me 4:30, when I confirmed it with her, she (Justine) told me that was the correct time. Turns out, it wasn't, because when I arrived, no calls or updates about my appointment date, mind you, the office was closed. So I called today and was basically given an sol that I couldn't be seen because if the office's mistake. Thanks for delaying my medical exam and now I can't start work. Make sure to call this office frequently, as they are prone to making mistakes! Edit 12/18 7:00 PM: I'm editing the review because the doctor was super kind and worked with me to amend the issue. Very thorough with the examination and talked me through everything. Nurses were also super sweet. My only grievance is with the price and again the receptionist. They told me the doctor was unavailable today and would never see me again, just for me to find out after communication with the doctor that he was open to see me and the office wasn't busy when I came in. I wish the experience with the receptionist was handled differently, as the unprofessionalism almost ruined my perception of the doctor.

  Was my husband’s concierge doctor. Knowing that my he had lymphoma in the past, Dr Bush made light of a couple of bumps that developed. Told my husband most likely a cyst. This misdiagnosis of what was actually lymphoma coming back caused my husband to go through major debilitating treatments that could have been avoided if Dr Bush had just recommended to my husband to check in with his oncologist right away.

  Long time patient. Fantastic GP - conservative and thorough. Always has very reputable referrals. Does all his examinations himself instead of relying on PA's. Can email him directly. Highly experienced.
