  Just got back from extraction. HORRIBLE experience had to wait 4 hours and I had an appointment. Waiting room was overcrowded and all patients had similar experience of having to wait many hours for their appointment time. When I asked about this I was told 'you're lucky you have an appointment. Patients without appointments have to wait 6 hours!' Staff was inattentive and abrupt. I expressed my anxiety but they didn't address my concerns, did not make eye contact, and their questions and comments were repetitive and redundant. One assistant didn't speak English well enough to understand what I was saying. Though I was referred to Dr Birnbaum I ended up seeing an associate - but I believe their entire staff manifested their disrespect and disregard for their patients. Anesthesia experience terrifying - I was unaware of the actual extraction, but coming out of it I experienced unbelievably terrifying sensations and hallucinations. The two assistants were speaking and arguing constantly and loudly in Russian which increased my fear. When I was coming out of it and expressed my fear, I was told to 'be quiet and stop bothering them.' Then my friend came to pick me up and they wouldn't let her into recovery to see me. I was experiencing increasing anxiety and knew seeing her would calm me, but they refused. She told me they were rude and disrespectful to her as well. I hope I NEVER need another extraction but if I do I'm not going there!!

  My first visit I had an implant procedure. No complications or complaints. Months later I came back for a wisdom tooth removal - Went very smooth. No pain at all the next day. I Thought the office environment was clean and modern. The staff was friendly, and the doctor was great - I felt very comfortable and in good hands. My wait time was very short. Thank you Dr. Manzon!

  The number 1 dentist hater is me. But this was an amazing experience even though I had to wait 2 hours it payed the dentist and nurses where friendly and did a really good job I did general anesthesia to pull out 2 wisdom teeth the dentist explained to me exactly what he is going to do It took about 20 minutes and I went home with zero pain even without the pain killer that he prescribed me. I would definitely come back if I need any work on my teeth

  Dr. Birnbaum is the best. Came as a walk-in during emergency hours and he took my wisdom tooth out on the spot. Nurses are so pleasant and smiley. He did a clean job too, such dental hands and super patient and caring. Totally referring this place and this doctor to other people that need to get wisdom teeth out

  Disgusting attitude towards customers! Was there 1 time! When he came to the office stood at reception for 20 minutes. None of the workers paid attention to me. After the third attempt to attract the attention of one of the employees told me to wait one minute and continued to discuss their personal Affairs. Never never coming back here!!!
