  If i can give a negative star I would. Dr. Lara is having a bunch of fresh out of college "dentists" that are very inexperienced. They butchered my mom's denture. At the end WE had to go to the lab ( home office) two times.They could not fixed . We gave up. I would not go thee ever- Freeport office. Very dirty office- literally messy floors/ dusty/ walls needs a fresh coat of paint. I am surprised that they got a license ...disgusting..

  The secretary is the most nasty person to be in the front I don’t know her name I know she works today Thursday morning , last time I went there she had nasty actitud and I thought it was maybe that day but today I went again and same actitud. She definitely can’t work with public she is not friendly and professional at all.

  I was at this place for a pre-arranged appointment. I have the card that says my appointment was at 11:30. I had even called beforehand to notify her of my appointment and I confirmed my time, which the girl who spoke to me said was fine. When I drive there, I arrive about 8 minutes late because I don't live in Freeport; I live half an hour away. Traffic caught me, and I arrived 8 minutes late. The girl didn't want to understand why, because according to her, my appointment was earlier and I was running late. I explained that it's not my fault she wrote a different time on my appointment card, and that she should also remember that they called me and I confirmed I would arrive on time for my appointment, but they didn't say anything. They wasted my time. There were three of us with appointments, and we arrived late. She also lacked empathy in attending to us. The funny thing is, the place was empty. It's not like I made other clients wait or be delayed. I immediately called another place and changed dentists. The girl in front, a light-skinned Hispanic woman, really needs to improve her customer service skills and be more considerate, since there were nine of us from my family, and unfortunately, we all had to fit.
