  Dr Badhey is great Doctor and experienced but the staffs are very sick minded people, many time called me with fingers instead of calling my name although they have my file on their hands, receptionist let me wait 4 hours because I had no appointment, many times when I had appointment again let me wait at least 1 more hours, don’t know why she was doing that. If Doctor have another location of management I would go but definitely not recommend in sunnyside office. Super unprofessional management.

  When your are sick and need help the phone call to get an appointment is like calling to a different continent. Need to change the mentality and caring of the patients. Who will call the clinic to get hold up for a continuous hold up for like 20 , 30 minutes and see the doc?

  Just switched to Dr. Badhey after having a bad experience with numerous doctors along with their irresponsible offices . I was hesitant to choose Dr. Badhey based on the negative review regarding the staff , but I still gave it a try especially when it said he was nice. First things first clearly he has a new staff ! The girls were extremely nice , patient and prompt with insurance , appointment etc. The medical assistant was super nice and efficient. Dr. Badhey was very knowledgeable regarding my issues and very welcoming especially as a first time patient. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a caring doctor. Location is super good too , right off the train.

  I would suggest everyone to stay clear from seeing this doctor because of this front staff. All the receptionists there are the rudest people I ever met. They don’t care that you are a patient and have legitimate and worried concerns. In particular I spoke to some one named JULIE. Her rudeness is appalling. She does not let you talk and just talks over you. Although Dr. Badhey is a nice man, but he needs to retrain his front staff on how to be nice and cordial to his patients.

  Clearly he has a new staff, what was mentioned in the negative review was far from what I experienced in his office. Super nice ladies at the front. As for the doctor, very pleasant , Caring, prompt and knowledgeable. Note that he moved , I went to the old location based on google but they told me he moved across the street 47-01 Queens Blvd Suite 304 Sunnyside NY 11104 I suggested the edit on google but not sure if it worked
