  Customer beware. I was looking for a simple crown replacement. They explained that this process would take 2 weeks. I am now on week 4, and they just informed me that it would take an additional 2 weeks for a total of 6 weeks for just pre-authorization. As I expressed my confusion about why this process is taking this long, the lady on the phone told me there is nothing they can do and that i can always go somewhere else. Well I’ll be taking her advice and go elsewhere to get this procedure done! On my first visit, the dentist comes in without even looking at my mouth and tells me that I might need a root canal. To my dismay, I asked what makes him think that when he hasn’t even looked in my mouth (bc obviously I didn’t need a root canal). He looked flustered. Red flag. I will be reporting this place for over-prescribing. I would highly recommend finding care elsewhere.
