  It's been 7 weeks since I've seen this "professional", which lasted for 15 minutes after I waited for over 5 hours. Now I was TOLD I would have to wait for authorization to get anesthesia for a tooth pull, called my insurance today, TO NO SURPRISE, they never sent the authorization. Called 4 times, no one answered, before I took a break from my work to go there in person. This is the waiting room upon entry, HA! The deer in headlights look you get when you call folks out is priceless. Asked for my X-rays and will be seeking treatment elsewhere since no one here cares to do their job. It's disheartening when it's "your people", spare yourself truly.

  First, no one answers the phone. Always on lunch, away from the desk or closed. My daughter went their for a tooth extraction. She does not respond well to being put to sleep. This is the second time getting her tooth pulled and she can wake up during the sedation. The doctor got angry because she woke up while he was trying to pull her tooth. He grew impatient and frustrated, refusing to pull her tooth and leaving parts of the tooth in her mouth instead of finding a way to extract the tooth. The doctor himself should retire. He no longer has the patience, empathy or mindset to perform oral surgery. He sent my daughter home crying in excruciating pain because she made a sound while he was trying to pull her tooth. They were talking among themselves regarding not having enough medication to perform oral surgery on the patients which only means they did not give her the correct dosage to put her to sleep. Go somewhere else to a doctor who will take time and find a way to assist you. And they better not bill medicaid. I am writing them next to let them know not to pay them and the service my daughter received. Shame on you Dr. Campbell.

  I have been to him several times and he is the only surgeon that I feel comfortable with. He is very conscious of patient's concerns and ensures that aftercare instructions are clear. His staff is very professional and had made sure I was seen before going out of the country on vacation so I would not have issues. I highly recommend Dr. Campbell and have referred several people including family to his office.

  I am giving Dr Campbell 5 stars based upon my past experiences he is the best dentist I have EVER been to. Now I am in need of several teeth to be removed and I can't get an answer on the phone to make an appointment. I am not one to really read reviews but decided to see if everyone enjoyed their experience as much as I did the 3 or 4 times I visited and it doesn't seem that way SMH I will agree the wait has always been long but the service has always been great as well.. I am definitely going to see him to get a few more extractions and I hope he is still the professional and patient Dr. Campbell that I experienced in the past

  Dr. Campbell, use to be a great practitioner, however as of late he has become discourteous, unprofessional and lax in his care and consideration of his patients. He is routinely 2 or more hours late and does not call ahead to inform his staff. They schedule appointments for 10 am and he comes in until 12-12:30 if he even comes in. The office is also not practicing proper safety precautions. The waiting room is tiny, therefore no more than 2 patients should be seated and all others should be asked to wait in the car. This is not the policy the room is overwhelmed with every seat filled with eager patients trying to receive dental care. My family have been patients for almost 20 years, sadly this has to end. We came in 3 times for the same appointment and each time left because no care was shown for our our time or discomfort.
