  I have been a patient at this location for a little under 9 months, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. This is not a one-time issue. I have had atleast four visits so far, and not once have I been seen within a reasonable time of my scheduled appointment. The doctor is frequently late and often not present at the time appointments are scheduled. If you have a 9:00 AM appointment, you should not expect to be seen anywhere near that time. On more than one occasion, I have arrived right when the office opened for my appointment — among the first patients there — and still waited at least two hours before the doctor even arrived and began seeing patients. Today, I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and was told it would be delayed. It has now been over an hour and a half past my appointment time, and staff have stated the doctor is not even in the office yet. There are at least a dozen patients in the waiting room who have been waiting even longer. I understand that delays can happen in healthcare, and I am not expecting to be seen the exact minute of my appointment. However, repeated multi-hour delays and a pattern of the physician not being present at scheduled times show a lack of respect for patients’ time. If appointments consistently do not reflect when patients will actually be seen, it raises the question: what is the purpose of scheduling them at all? Patients’ time is just as valuable as a physician’s time. I hope this office reevaluates its scheduling practices out of respect for those who rely on timely medical care.

  Worst place ever.... always over booking. So the waiting time is very very long. Nothing less than an hour.... I think the authorities should look into this place since there is no doctor, only a PA and she is making all the decisions and many times she don't even know what's going on .. only the doctor name is on the place.... even when you call to make appointment they tell you the doctor isn't in.... I know all of this because I had elderly parents going there for a few years and no real treatment only pills.

  The doctors are good and they have a new staff which is awesome and seem to truly care. Bravo on the new staff
