  Awesome doctor been going here for more then30 years. Listen to yiou, takes his time, staff is amazing. The front desk is responsible for both doctors, over 300 patience. If you are in a rush dont be life too short. I seen new bee patience rude as heck. They treat you the way they treat everyone with respect. This is not Urgent Care, this is not the hospital this a doctor office that been in business for 40 plus years. That alone stands by its own merit as two amazing doctors that share a location. You must be an adult to see the doctor no children.

  Called to find out what insurance plans Dr. Avanzato takes. Front desk didn’t know. If you’re going to be in healthcare, I suggest you train your staff to be knowledgeable on this information. So they can provide the proper information to the patients you care for & the community that you serve. When asking to speak with a manager, I was told he/she was not in. I called back to get the name of the person I spoke to & was now on the phone with a different associate, while hearing the first girl I spoke to yelling in the background because I stated she was condescending. This is the type of staff you have working for you??? Honestly, this is a poor reflection on your practice. I work in healthcare and I found this to be very very disappointing.

  Sorry to say the Front Desk Girl is very nasty & demeaning!!! (Marella) She was so sarcastic & made me feel like I was dumb! Dr Avanzato should really clean house!!! I’m finding a new PCP! Can’t deal with the rudeness! I wouldn’t recommend him for that reason.

  Front desk is absolutely terrible. Called to try to find a new PCP and the lady who I spoke to was immensely rude! I simply asked if there are weekend hours available and was met with "Sir we are not open on weekends, are we allowed to have time off"? Very uncalled for. Will look elsewhere for a doctor, which is a shame because I heard he is good.

  Terrible front office staff, very nasty and not accommodating at all. I have been in dr avansato office on many occasions and its always the same. The woman that work in the front office always have terrible attitudes with everyone. Its a shame because advansato is a good doctor. They are killing his bussiness. I will be switching doctors
