Couldn’t get through the receptionist. She was super rude, couldn’t explain how to get to the office. Even though on the information it was said that the doctor is there from 9am to 5pm, and I spoke to another person a day before that I’m going to come for an emergency, this one told me that no one is there till 1pm and I was there at 11am. She clearly didn’t want anyone to come in and was irritated that I wanted to find the office at all.

Terrible stuff service (I was told that request was already sent out before although authorization deportment informed me that authorization was only started yesterday). What kind of service it is, if patient has to wait 6-8 weeks?
