  I have a lot of dental anxiety and was really nervous to try a new dentist. I there's mixed reviews but WOW I have never had a better dental experience in my life. Truly a mom and pop kind of office. They know and care about their patients; you're not just a number. His assistant was so chatty and made me laugh. Both her and the dentist gave me great advice for my gum pain and I was in and out fairly quickly. I left feeling cared for in a way I've never felt with any other dentist.

  Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment for them to tell me that I am not covered until next week. They do not have computers to manage appointments and 6 months is too difficult for them to calculate. Wasted day off from work for nothing.

  My father-in-law just told me this story & I have to share it because I am outraged. He had a bridge made by this doctor & after only 3 months of use, & hundreds of dollars from insurance & his own pocket, it cracked in his mouth. They are now telling him that he needs to pay an additional $175 to repair it. Since it was clearly not made well in the first place, having only lasted 3 months, they should repair or replace it at no cost. My in-laws are elderly & on a fixed income. My mother-in-law called the insurance company & was told that the bridge should have lasted around 5 years. This doctor should feel ashamed of himself for essentially robbing vulnerable patients by providing poorly made assistive materials.

  The ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST office, receptionist are horrible- they forget to put prescriptions in, they don’t call you and tell you if your insurance approved a procedure or not, they forget to put you in the “book” when they book appointments and your in pain. Please save yourself the headache and pull your own teeth out and or do your own work. The office is run down and shared with a foot doctor, paints peeling off the walls, absolutely disgusting.

  I am so glad I found him. He has done a wonderful job in helping me with all of my dental problems. His office is no frills and that is so refreshing. I have never waited to be seen more than 10 minutes and that was only because my husband was in his chair. I highly recommend this dentist. Sincerely, Kathleen McCormick
