  In one word...I would say AWFUL!! I hadn't been to the dentist in a little over a year and I've always kept up with my cleanings so I was eager to have that done. I always have some plaque build up and it feels good when its all off, especially behind my front bottom teeth were they overlap a little. It was easy to make the appointment, which I thought was great. The office seemed clean enough, not inviting but enough to where I wouldn't just walk right back out. I was greeted and had only a short wait. The doctor seemed nice enough at first...and that's were the nicities ended. She looked in my mouth for just a few minutes and stated everything looked good. I was in Awe ( and not in a good way). SHE DIDN'T EVEN C L E A N MY TEETH!!!. No cleaning instruments were applied to my mouth...not a polishing, NOTHING!! When I'd mentioned the calculus that had built up behind my teeth she said (paraphrasing), "all you have to do is buy a Waterpik" to accompany your regimen. What??? Come to find out, she charged my insurance company for an oral exam and a CLEANING, which I'd never received. When I went to a different dentist, he had plenty to clean from the time I'd wasted with her. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY(insurance)!
