  I would like to report a concern regarding the front desk staff during my visit today. I came in to review a test report that my GI specialist sent to your office. I was told by the GI office that the report was faxed on February 5 at 4 PM. However, when I asked the front desk to check, the staff member was dismissive and told me that if it was not in the computer, then it was not received. Another staff member then asked me why I did not just go back to the GI office instead. I found this response unhelpful and unprofessional. I chose to follow up with my primary care office because it is more convenient and because it is standard for specialist reports to be sent to the primary care physician for review. I was disappointed that no one offered to re-check the fax log, check with medical records, or help resolve the issue. I expect respectful and helpful communication from the front desk staff. I hope this feedback can help improve patient service and communication moving forward.

  Worst service ever .. told me to walk in for a shot .. when I went there 50-60 people waiting on line to see the doctor.. I told receptionist I am here to get my vitamin shot , I don’t need to see the doctor. She told me I have to wait doesn’t matter and gave me number 56 .. after 56 people.. I asked her to schedule me next day and give me 1 time , she’s like we can’t give you any appointment , everyone is waiting you have to wait.. what kind of service is this ?? People don’t have 3-4 hours to spend in doctor office . If you can’t handle too many patients just give them date and time , but no everyone can walk in for shitty service.. 0 star .. I am changing my doctor today ..

  Went here for a Tetanus shot and bloodwork. Very fast the ladies taking the lab work are careful and have attention to detail. New building the office is clean. They need to move the chairs back to seat more people now that Covid-19 rates are back down.

  The front desk lady is very rude and is very incompetent to do her job. Every time you talk to her it seems like you’re beneath her. Shes also very rude to the patients and seems very annoyed when you ask her questions

  I never wait to long, the service is really respectful. The doctor personality is great, he makes me comfortable and he could be funny. He is good with exploring with u a better health. He answer all questions.
