  Today March 4, 2026 had an appointment with Dr Baker and today I met the nicest lady that was doing my sonograms that had to do today as she made me feel so comfortable and so nice forgot her name, but she’s a Russian lady employee that makes you feel very comfortable this lady she made me laugh. I tell you never felt so comfortable in an office like this office really enjoy the girls the receptionist DOCTOR and especially this lady , that does the sonogram. i’m so sorry I can’t mention her name because I forgot her name but if you do go to DOCTOR Baker’s office make sure you get a sonogram done you’re gonna come out feeling good just by talking to her and her making you laugh. DOCTOR Baker don’t let her go she’s great.

  I share a similar experience to the others on here and what’s most unfortunate is Dr.Baker has been in my family for years and the office was NEVER this bad. It’s a revolving door for interns the doctor and staff have absolutely no bedside manner. The doctor rushes you and does NOT listen to your concerns. You do not receive follow up calls from bloodwork or testing and they do not call to confirm appointments. So if you forget it’s on you! And they will call to collect though and let you know about your bill. Please do better.

  *Disappointed I made an appointment for my mother who was recently hospitalized is on oxygen and in a wheelchair - I had to coordinate with my sister, she took a day off from work traveled from Medford Long Island to College Point Queens to pick up my mother - paid tolls both ways over the Whitestone bridge to get to Dr. Bakers' office to be notified that he left for the day. They stated they had called her the afternoon before to advise her, but she did not answer. I do not consider that sufficient/ample notice and they should have called back or at least in the am to follow up! They only have limited hours every day until 1:00. Need to find a primary doctor that is local and more convenient for my mother now that she is not able to travel alone or by bus anymore.

  Doctor is always rushing patients. Does not take the time to sit and listen to them. I called to ask them to refill my prescription and they said they would take care of it. A week later and it was still not filled. I called them back and they said I need to see the doctor first. Why didn’t they call me back to let me know? Why didn’t I have to wait so long? The staff is not doing their job. Needless to say I have since found another doctor.

  i gave him 1 star because their was not a half a star. My son got blood work and never got results and a call from the Dr. but mean while he get a labcorp bill for 2,751.00 that mean Dr. office never sent his labcorp his medical card. What kind of Dr. don't call his patient about blood work. he got 14 blood work done half was not even needed. Glad my son found another Dr. Baker should be report to the New York Academy of medicine . sincerely concern mother
