  The front desk lady with glasses is very disrespectful. She called me rude for showing her her job. she called me for annual check up and when I went their she said it’s not due yet cause they don’t check insurance when they call you while they can check everything before you come so they don’t waste your time by going there for nothing. I know this dentist for long time and they are great. But they should defiantly take an action about the front desk lady. She can’t talk to patients that way!!

  Amazing office. The entire staff are welcoming and helpful. Ferris- the hygienist is the best. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. Plus they gave the best cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Ali to anyone seeking high quality dental care.

  Poorly run office, staff that couldn’t care less and a dentist that didn’t care to call back a patient in pain after numerous attempts to speak with her. I called this dentist office a few weeks ago hoping to book an appointment as I was in a lot of pain. The automated answering service informs you that there is an option to book appointments online. So I did that, and the site told me I should expect a confirmation call. After several days I never received a call to confirm so I called the office to confirm. The answer I got from the receptionist was that they don’t utilize that online appointment service, that I did not in fact have an appointment booked and I would have to wait almost two weeks past my original appointment date for a new appointment. “You should have called” is what the receptionist told me. No, your office needs to stop using a misleading and incorrect answering service. That’s not my fault. After pleading with the receptionist to speak with the dentist, the receptionist who clearly did not care told me “I’ll tell the dentist you want to speak with her and “she might” call me back. I didn’t take that answer and the next answer I got was “she will probably call” me back. I didn’t accept that answer either and so the reluctant receptionist said she would have her call me back. I still have not received a call back from the dentist and it has been several days since that awful phone conversation. I will never go here again. The way the office is poorly run, and the unsympathetic receptionist are indicative of the type of service and care you will receive here.

  Yo, this guys broke my front tooth when he was supposed to be cleaning them. I’m super frustrated, don’t go here, he’ll break your teeth. He is very rude to!
