I had a terrible scheduling experience here! After I have sent them my first email one week ago, and they told me it takes 4-5 days to validate my referral. I have followed up with multiple emails in that week! GUESS WHAT! After one week, they told me that they have a long waitlist that may take 1-2 month to see me, and suggested me to go to other places. My point is that you do not need to wait for a week to tell me you have a long waitlist! I have pain in my body!!! You can tell me the waitlist thing when I send out my first email! I even do not want to mention the referral validation part!

Run quickly away from this unprofessional so called "physical therapy". Absolutely the worst PT and the administration staff is low IQ unprofessional. Lisa Rivera, the Director never returns phone calls nor takes phone calls. She is barely in the office yet somehow they pay her. Danielle Gall, the supervisor of the physical therapist took 3 weeks to review my doctor prescription for PT then told me that they could not fit me in to their schedule. I have filed a complaint on her to the NYS Dept. of Health & the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy. Leandro Perez, answers the phone and leads you on and on with his promises that he never follows up on. Three weeks later, you are in terrible pain being strung along by these very sick people employed by Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Horrible. They do not return phone calls. The wait is outrageously long for people in need of care. Called 25 times since August 4th, and left messages no return call until contacted head of administration to contact them for this to happen. Then stated could not schedule until end of October and would need additional referrals thereafter. Given conflicting info from one person to the next. Go somewhere else if in need of care.
