  It's so bad and such a mess that I've been waiting for an ambulance since 4:35 PM, when they signed my discharge papers, and it's now 8:34 PM. How irresponsible! Their administration is useless, and their call center is another disaster. And once, the entire computerized system went down, and the information in my medical records was exposed. I absolutely do not recommend them. They have terrible service.
