  I’ve been going to the office of Drs. Schlussel and Saggese for a couple of years now, after Dr. Saggese solved a contact lens fitting problem I’d been struggling with for years at other practices and had nearly given up on. This visit was no different. Dr. Schlussel was extremely attentive and focused throughout the exam, looking for ways he might improve my current contact prescription even by small degrees, which I very much appreciated. I left knowing I had received a thorough exam and was getting the best possible result for my vision. I would highly recommend this practice. I have never left unsatisfied, and the entire staff is lovely.

  I had my first visit to this practice recently and had a really wonderful, smooth experience. Dr. Gong was very kind and thorough when answering all of my questions and explaining exam results. The frame selection here is great quality (and as a result, on the expensive side as with most places in the city) but the specialist was very helpful and provided a range of options for my needs. I went in for my annual but learned I'll need some additional testing and I feel confident I'm in good hands.

  I had a great experience. Dr. Christine Law was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything that is going on clearly. Everyone in the office was also very helpful and welcoming. I’m so happy to have found such an amazing place for my eye health. Thank you!

  I would leave 6 stars if I could. I had a possibly urgent eye issue and the amazing office staff squeezed me immediately and once there, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Dr Law was the best! She explained everything clearly after a very thorough exam.

  I had many good experiences here in the past, but recently a young family member went for a routine exam, which should be a $0 copay. The front office staff insisted that she *must* add on a retinal scan for $39. This scan has always been optional. This behavior was a real turn off, and I think it is an unethical practice. In addition, they quoted a price for a contact lens fitting that was not in agreement with my insurance information. She left and did not have the exam done. I am only writing this so that the doctors are aware that the office staff is acting this way toward potential patients. As for me, I cancelled all of our upcoming appointments.
