When I made an appointment, the person on the phone confirmed my insurance would cover the visit. On the day of the appointment, after waiting for over an hour, right before I was going to be seen, I was told that my insurance DOESN'T cover it because it's out of network. Aside from wasting my time, I'm without treatment till I can be seen by a different doctor

I know doctor Jeffry Chacko for longest time he is the best. I come for my back pain and he treat me really. His Physical Therapy and Acupuncture department is amazing. I would recommend anyone with any back and neck pain
