My grandmother was a resident at this facility for 3 years. She recently passed away. She was 103 years old with intact cognition. It was a very difficult decision our family had to make when placing her in a long term facility after she wasn't able to walk anymore. This facility took care of my grandmother very well. She was affectionally called "grandma' on the unit. The CNAs loved on her and cared for her in a way that warmed my heart. She was placed on hospice her last days. On Dec. 1st, she transitioned. The support the family received on this day from the staff was priceless. They were there at the bedside, making sure my grandmother was comfortable as they comforted us. I will never forget the 15th floor staff. They provided excellent care. They kept her skin intact. She was glowing her last days. I recommend this facility to anyone making that difficult decision to place your loved in a long term facility. They address any concerns we, as a family had right away. Administration, Nursing, Dietary, Housekeeping, Social Service, Recreation; all levels of services She loved going to Rehab! The medical staff is also attentive and they make frequent, if not daily rounds on their residents. We as a family, have no regrets choosing this facility for our precious "Big Ma." We were very satisfied with her care.

Terrible, awful, disgusting place. Only the first 3 floors are semi clean. The atmosphere is awful and hostile. The workers never seem to be doing their job, simply gossiping around and ignoring the patients requesting help. You see them sneaking off to empty rooms to avoid their jobs. They leave patients pampers soiled for hours on the account that they are low on staff. Their wound care lacks in every department. Don’t get me started on how awful they treat their Hispanic patients. Going into checking my family member in we asked if they had bilingual nurses and or doctors due to them not speaking English and they said they did. They lied. I have not encountered not one Spanish speaking nurse or caregiver in the entirety of my family members stay. They ignore her wants and needs due to their language barrier. They simply love the money they get from their patients and don’t care to actually give them the care they need. Absolutely lazy and disrespectful staff I’m appalled they’re still running. My heart hurts for any Hispanic person in the place. Such cruel people in charge of people in such sensitive circumstances. I bet the staff would hate to enroll their own family in this place. But who knows.

Where do I start, the staff neglects their patients, my loved one was admitted during Christmas holidays, the majority of the staff was missing in action and those in attendance complained that, "I'm the only CNA here, or I'm the only doctor here." My loved one almost died, they contracted urinary tract infection, which lead to E-Coli. 911 was called to be rushed transported back to the hospital. The sad thing is, not these NH/Rehab facilities under performing and putting our loved ones lives at risk, but the fact that the powers that be in the government health division, are not reigning in and holding these money grabbing Nursing Homes/Rehabilitation facilities accountable.

The staff were very professional and friendly. We came to visit our dear friend. She was having a really bad day and the staff tried to help her to see the brighter side of our visit. Unfortunately our friend is at the point of not recognizing any of her friends and was very angry. The staff seemed to make a very bad situation much better.

My mother has been a resident at Pinnacle Nursing Home since September, and I wanted to allow some time for adjustment before sharing my thoughts. As with any transition, there have been challenges, but overall I am grateful for the care and support she has received. The staff has been great with my mom. While the situation has not been perfect—and I don’t expect it to be—the team has shown patience, understanding, and dedication. My mother has dementia, which can make her interactions difficult at times, but the staff never gives up on her. They respect her need for space when necessary, yet consistently return to engage with her in a compassionate way. I’ve noticed that my mom has become familiar with both the staff and fellow residents, which has eased her adjustment and, in turn, made things easier for me as her caregiver and son. Knowing she is surrounded by a supportive team has given me some peace of mind. I plan to revisit and update this review every three months to share ongoing experiences. For now, I am thankful that Pinnacle Nursing Home has provided my mother with a caring environment and a team that truly strives to meet her needs. Staff that has stood out: - Diane, Nurse Manager - Margaret, Nurse - Carey, Nurse - Shonae, CNA - Shrren, CNA - Sanya, CMA
