  I highly recommend this therapy place to anyone who truly wants to see real progress.After my left ankle injury, I had very limited mobility and depended on a cane just to walk. Everyday tasks were difficult, and I honestly felt stuck. Since starting therapy here, everything has changed. With the help of the therapists, I’ve improved so much that I’m now walking without a cane.The staff is professional, caring, and very hands-on. They actually work with you, guide you through exercises, and make sure you’re getting stronger every session. You can tell they genuinely care about your recovery and not just getting you in and out.I’ve been to another therapy place before, and there’s no comparison. There, I mostly just laid down and didn’t feel like I was improving. Here, every visit feels productive and focused on real results.I’m very grateful for their support and dedication. Thank you to the whole team for helping me get back on my feet!

  The same as many people at my age, arthritis is another issue of my health concerns. Fortunately, I found Pelham Physical Medicine in my neighborhood. From the stiffness on my hands and then my lower back pain was treated by the knowledgeable PT. After couple treatments I feel much better. Besides the helpful and effective treatments, I also love the kindness and support from all the staff. I am very thankful to all of the staff of Pelham Physical Medicine.

  Before starting treatment I couldn’t move my shoulder. The care and treatment Pelham Physical Therapy helped me regain mobility and confidence to become active again in sports. With the support of John and his wonderful staff, my shoulder no longer hurts and I graduated within a couple months.

  My left shoulder was so painful I couldn't lift it up, wash my hair and can't comb my hair using my left arm and also can't wash my back. After few sessions of physical therapy at Pelham, I have great improvement and my left arm is much better and I could use it now. The staff are the best, professionals and skill. Credit to all of them. No matter who the patients are they treated all with kindness and with respect. May God continue to bless, protect and guide them all.

  Deven Arroyo: Symptoms: Movement restrictions, loss of range of motion, discomfort from knots, stiffness in shoulder, tightness in back, pain shoulder blade. After Therapy Here: Greatly Improved range of motion, pain significantly reduced, shoulder feels smooth and not tight, knots are getting addressed and removed currently! 10/10 Highly Recommended, all staff are great, nice and friendly and makes you feel comfortable and like home! They are very attentive and take good care of everyone !
