  I was able to get into Park Slope Cardiac and Diagnostic Services and see Dr. Ahmad when I needed it, instead of waiting til months in the future like with so many other doctors. I'm grateful to the whole staff for their competence and professionalism when conducting all the tests. Dr. Ahmad's calm and reassuring demeanor was exactly what I needed to be able to hear the medical assessment and recommendations he offered me. Thank you, Dr. Ahmad.

  The appointment went so smoothly despite going on a weekend. Everything is done there: bloodwork, allergy testing, heart screening and everything there. I didn’t need to go to other places to do anything. The doctor and the staff are amazing and so kind. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

  Dr. Ahmad and his staff are so attentive to the care they give. Dr. Ahmad gets to the point with your results and explain results if you have any questions. It’s the only cardio office I know that follows up with a phone call to see how you are doing. All Dr. Ahmads staff, including the reception area is attentive and very courteous.

  This office is a mess. They lost all the information about my office visit, saying I cancelled my appointment, when I spent hours there filling out forms and taking tests. They don't reply to insurance approval departments. They hang up on you repeatedly when you call, saying the phones are having trouble that day. It's time to fix the phones then. This happens every time I call. The doctor was terrific and clearly knows his stuff, but his support staff and administration can't handle the load, and if you're unlucky, like me, they lose all your information and it's hours of time and effort wasted. Apparently, according to my office tests, that have been lost, I need to see a heart doctor, but this one isn't it. zero stars.
