  Dr. Upadhyayula was very friendly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. He explained everything clearly and did an excellent job with the procedure. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

  My mom has been seeing Dr. Sekhar Upadhyayula on and off for many years for lower back pain. She has also received injections from this office. In 2025, my mom had three spine surgeries with a neurosurgeon from Mt. Sinai and I attended several appointments with her this year with Dr. Sekhar. Dr. Sekhar is an amazing doctor and as importantly an amazing human being. No matter how busy he or his office is, he takes his time with you and listens. When necessary, he advocates for his patients. Additionally, unlike a lot of doctors, he remembers you from previous appointments and from time to time checks in by phone to see how you are doing. Unfortunately, they don’t make doctors like Dr.Sekhar anymore - smart, kind, caring and compassionate. I know my mom is in great hands with Dr. Sekhar and she feels the same way too. Thank you Dr. Sekhar.
