  Dr. Bradley Horak’s evaluation was quick, which initially made me skeptical, but the positive reviews reassured me. I just had my follow-up—stitches were removed after 10 days, and the numbness and tingling are completely gone. The surgery was a success. X-rays showed carpal tunnel in both hands, and after treating my dominant hand first, I’m now considering surgery on the other hand. Very pleased with the results.

  🌟 Outstanding care from start to finish! I visited the Mount Sinai Orthopedics team for a knee injection, and the entire staff was exceptional — professional, kind, and genuinely caring. From check-in to the procedure room, everyone made me feel comfortable, informed, and truly valued as a patient. Dr. Vladimir Shur and his team were efficient, skilled, and reassuring throughout the process, and the assistant who helped with the injection was both friendly and confident, clearly explaining each step and making sure I felt completely at ease. It’s rare to see such teamwork and warmth in a medical setting — they treat every patient like a person, not just an appointment. I’m deeply grateful for their attention, compassion, and expertise. I left with real confidence and peace of mind, knowing I was in excellent hands and on track for my upcoming knee replacement in March. I highly recommend Mount Sinai Orthopedics — top-notch staff, exceptional bedside manner, and truly outstanding care!

  While the doctor gave me confidence, the office staff seemed confused, and in error communicating about my appointment. Being more present to the demands of the job, that is being professional, and instilling trust and confidence in the patients would enhance the hospital visit.

  I will definitely come again if needed too I love everyone there , everyone is so thoughtful , attentive , knowledgeable and professional from the money you walk in the front desk to the lady that does the x rays to the so for himself, Dr Horak was amazing I’ve never met a doctor like him he knows what he is doing and personality 10/10 ! I would recommend 10/10 his staff was amazing I couldn’t ask for a better experience when
