  To make it clear, the doors to the NYU Langone Orthopedics is to the right of the main double doors to 645 Madison Ave on East 60th street labeled with NYU Langone. As usual staff were excellent and doctors very professional.

  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Brandon J. Erickson! He did an amazing job on both of my shoulder surgeries. And let’s not forget Dr. Arutyunyan, my neck surgeon—truly a lifesaver! Even if I still struggle with his name, his exceptional care speaks for itself. Plus, they accept Workers Comp, so you can confidently know you're in the best hands possible!

  In my case, I followed Dr. Smith to Rothman orthopedics, after having seen him twice previously before he joined. I wouldn’t easily use another surgeon for my case. I recommend Dr. Smith wholeheartedly to anyone needing spinal surgery. And I also recommend Rothman orthopedics without reservation. I’ve never been in a better organized, or more efficient doctors office. The kindness, and thoughtfulness of everyone on staff was much appreciated.

  I have been waiting for the doctor to actually see me for two hours. The front desk was pretty rude and unprofessional on how they handled the scenario. (The reason I didn't leave is that they already started the X-ray process. Now as I look at their review it's not an uncommon issue people experienced) First of all, they scheduled me on a different time. It's different from what they said on the phone. The front desk said the doctor can still see me, but they didn't tell me I'd wait that long - everyone will go before me. If I had been told this, I'd be happy to come in at a different time. At the end I found the communicated my situation as "she came in early." And that means two hours wait. They changed the whole story by miscommunication. After the appointment I gave feedback to the front desk, hoping it would never happen to others - no wrong schedule time, send time confirmation and give heads up on the wait time. The front desk insisted she didn't do anything wrong. "Is there anything else I can help you?" She said indifferently in the cold face. Well, clearly there is no intention for helping people
