  The receptionists at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. They repeatedly transferred my calls without letting me finish speaking, and the next person I spoke with cut me off mid-sentence. On top of that, they provided incorrect information, which only added to the confusion. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and going to the other one, which has far better reviews and service. I won’t be using their clinical service so I don’t know how are the doctors there

  Office on 19th ave needs a very serious overhaul in customer sevice. For starters, do not yell at patients and tell the patient to call NYU Radiology and tell them "THEY ARE LIARS...you need to call them and tell them they are LIARS!!!." And those 1) online surveys and 3) email to providers? Well 1) =NEVER EXPECT ANY REPLY AT ALL AND 2) MAY wait 4+ weeks. Would rate minus 5 actually.....

  Some terrible doctors especially ent women doctors in brighton beach uses oldfashioned equipment. Too quick to send u to er for unnecessary tests but some good dics especially bela kushnir good
