  The therapists that have help me, Mr Lance and Mr Carlos are great. Respectful, caring, and very helpful. But the receptionists are not so. You can't get through on a phone call. Yes they do talk about the patients, make fun. This happened many months ago. Maybe it changed 🤔

  Be careful when dealing with this staff member — my experience was very disappointing. The behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy, which is unacceptable in a hospital setting. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the standard of care.

  Pretty mediocre doctor then was charged over 1k for a 45 min visit and billing department could not explain why.
