  The staff is very friendly, especially the lab technician; Karla camero villaroel she makes me feel calm when she's about to draw blood. The mammography technician is also very kind. I really like this clinic! Thank you so much, Doctor John Lupoli. Thank you so much for your advice

  I went on a Saturday today 2/28 to get my second vaccine and front desk woman is just not helpful and has an attitude. I came in asking that no one answers the phone to make an appointment. She said, sorry it’s just the way it is. She said it’s better to just come in. I thought why would you have the phone and not answer but instead waste time to come in just to make an appointment? I asked for a dentist appointment and she said it’s not until October which I know there are earlier dates. Soooo, not did I not get my vaccine because they miscommunicate that you can only come in a weekday to get your vaccines but did not get a dentist appointment. Total waste of time, and dealing with unhelpful front desk. Last time I went front desk is nice and helpful so not sure about this one. SMH

  Never have open appointments, I have tired for 2 years to get a appointment, I live in this building it's attached to and the best they can do is put me on a waiting list that never gets called.

  Clean, bright, airy and peopled with personnel who are professional at every level. From Security personnel to Clerical Staff, to Medical Professionals and Ancillary Staff, this facility operates at the top of the game! Everyone is attentive to their clients' needs and it is demonstrated through their service and kindness. All done in a strictly professional manner. Appointments are attended to promptly. Could not want for a better environment in which to investigate and get answers regarding matters pertaining to my health. Thank you Gotham Staff!
