  The front desk receptionist Abdullah is very sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I get whatever we needed. The kids doctor was extremely kind and professional. My kids like her a lot. We don’t wait long to be seen. Any lab work I have requested has been done the same day. I am new here but I love this clinic so far. And recommend it.

  Would not recommend the nurses are rude . I had a very bad and hurtful experience at parsons Medical Center. I had come to visit the gyn on the 1st of July. The doctor examined me. And after that I was with one of the nurses who was helping me to schedule a sonogram at the queens hospital. There was another nurse CAROL who was rude and abnoxious and was interfering in my matter. I don't know what was her problem. I ignored her. And then she calls the security on me . Really this is how they treat patients who are in pain. Call security on them. Who is she . She is a nobody. When I told the security that I was just trying to schedule my sonogram and this stupid nurse carol was interfering. He apologized to me. And told me to complain against her. And I will COMPLAIN AGAINST HER.

  Seems everytime I call no answer..when I go there the receptionist Tiffany is always walking around..but the nurses are very nice and professional they make it worth the visit

  Awful just called to get directions and a man with a middle eastern accent answers the phone and a I couldn't understand his English and think he got upset and starts yelling at me I asked him plz sir don't yell and he just hanged up the phone on me nice customer service. ...

  They front desk representatives are clowns. Incredible such unprofessional, unpleasant beings can be at the front of a clinic 🤢🤢🤢
