If I could give 0 stars I would. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 1PM with a pediatrician for my son. They contacted me the day prior to the appointment asked if they can move it to 1:20PM I said no problem. I arrived we waited about 40 minutes just for my son’s vitals to be taken. Then was made aware the physician was going on lunch from 3pm-4pm. Didnt see the doctor till 345pm & left the office at 415pm. Completely ridiculous, proper communication shouldve been made with the patients so people could’ve rescheduled if needed. 3 hours for a Flu shot is absolutely ridiculous.

This place is one of those "last resort" places. Doctors are okay, I guess but the logistics and disorganization is painful. They have two Adult Clinics, A and B but only registrar clerks at one of them, if your doctor's at the other clinic you have to check in at the open one first. So anyway, my doctor is almost always at the clinic with no clerks, but the previous week they had me getting blood drawn at the OBGYN, a place I had never been to in my 15 years coming here so I figure, I go by the direction of the staff. She tells me to sit in the clinic with the clerks in it, instead of my typical clinic. I'm there waiting for an hour, the SAME lady tells another person that my Doctor is in the other clinic. Let me just say I'm glad I'm not the old me. Long story short, it takes me 2 hours after my appointment to get seen, which then only takes 15 minutes. another thing, god help you if your PCP is in this building. It is impossible to get a hold of ANYONE here unless you get a good nurse to call and many of them here are not. This is not an assault on character or skill but rather, the nurses here are overworked and understaffed working in hot offices with no air and no windows. So I get it. Still have to say it here, sorry. People should know. There are worse places to go but there are most CERTAINLY better places to go.

This is by far the most disorganized and unprofessional health center I’ve ever visited in Brooklyn. The front desk and medical staff constantly pass blame back and forth, showing zero accountability or teamwork. Even worse, I saw an assistant openly cough in a patient’s face without wearing a mask — a shocking violation of basic health and safety standards. They force you to show up 30 minutes early, only to leave you sitting there for over an hour and a half past your actual appointment time. The overall experience reflected poor organization and a disregard for patient time and comfort. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you can!

The staff here are unprofessional and rude, I do not recommend visiting. Mary J Jordon is one of the worst nurses ever

What is wrong with the people who work here? I followed my PCP, Dr. Kaplan, to this location who happens to be an exceptional physician. She is the only reason I come here, when I am able to actually book an appointment. Scheduling an appointment has been a constant ongoing nightmare that is beyond comprehension. The office has no direct line and the number listed directs you to a call center for appointment scheduling only the call center is not allowed to schedule appointments so they take aaaaall of your information and then tell you that someone from the actual office will call back to schedule. You may get a call back… maybe. Usually you don’t and on the off chance that someone decides to do their job that day, they call once and don’t leave a voicemail. So if you have your ringer off or if you’re in the shower, you’re out of luck! They aren’t going to try again and your only means of getting through is to call the number back and waste your time hoping someone gets your message and actually tries to contact you. Ive never experienced such incompetence and indifference from a medical office with which I was registered with my PCP EVER. I spent all of last week trying to schedule an appointment and now it’s the following week and I’ve heard nothing. I got one call, which I missed and whoever it was left no voicemail and the number on caller ID was the call center number when I called it back. I don’t get it. Do you just not want to work? Do you not want your patients to get the medical attention they need? If you ever walk into the office no one ever seems rushed or busy or like they have anything urgent they should be doing other than Dr. Kaplan, who I want to again reiterate is in a league of her own. The people who work here need to wake up and realize they are in an industry to help people… people are supposed to be better because they are there. They should not need a script for anxiety and stress because they can’t make an appointment or feel nervous approaching the receptionist who you sometimes you feel like you’re interrupting her day or chatter with another employee by checking in. If you don’t like to help people, then what are you doing here? Wake up and realize where you are and act like somebody who cares about people. Move at a pace that somewhat resembles people who are working hard to get everything done that needs to be. I can only imagine the reason I can’t schedule an appointment is because they are too busy… well judging by what I can see in person, the only reason they’re so busy is because they’re moving so slow and with zero urgency to get the job done. If somebody could muster up the energy this week to call me back, I’d appreciate it. Oh, and if I happen to miss the call, a voicemail with a number where you can be reached wouldn’t hurt. And this time when you see me in person, don’t try to tell me you called multiple times and left voicemails because you didn’t.
