  Everyone that works here is very kind and efficient. I have received treatment from both Dr. Shum and PA Michelle and am always satisfied. Wait times are NOT long. They’re very on top of everything and get back to you when they say they will. The providers are highly intelligent and do whatever they can to help you.

  This is Neurology place is highly not recommended. Awful wait time in the waiting room. Once in the room, the wait time got worse. Once this doctor came in, Florence Shum, awful attitude. She thinks she is all that. At the end, nothing resolved. She does not know anything at all. All she does is prescribed the highest dose medication. Ridiculous!!!!! Absolute waste of time.

  I do not recommend this office. After undergoing an ultrasound over a month ago, I am still waiting for my results. Despite multiple calls to the office, I have not received any communication from the doctor, nor have they provided me with a copy of my test results. This seems not only unprofessional but potentially illegal. I have called many times and I keep getting put off. As an elderly woman suffering from vertigo, waiting so long for results is concerning, especially when I am at risk of falling. When I requested an appointment to review my results with the doctor, they informed me it would take two months to get in and the doctor cannot call me. Other reviewers have expressed similar problems with the lack of communication, poor treatment, and inadequate care. I am extremely disappointed and wish I had not come here for care.

  The level of care is exceptional here! Both Dr.Shum and Michelle are kind, patient and detail oriented. I would highly recommend!

  I had a very uncomfortable experience from the beginning to the end. They are not technically inclined. I was told they didn't have a machine that reads the cd that has the CT scan on it. That they relied on uploading the image to their portal, which didn't work the day of the appointment. The image was horrible, unreadable, But thank goodness the person whom I spoke to on the phone..., just didn't know, because they actually had a computer that read the cd. I had an EEG procedure on the premises and when I inquired about getting a copy of the report on my follow up visit, I was told ok. But, at my appointment I was told a copy of the report was unavailable because of technical malfunctions. I asked them to give me a time frame of when it would be ready, I was told, "I don't Know", In a disrespectful , uncaring tone. My follow up visit was for a prognosis of my EEG, and in it I felt bullied. I was told I need to take another test and start taking medications..., and I declined to do so until I got a second opinion. At this point the person whom I was speaking with, vocal tones and body language started changing. I did not feel of any importance to them, dealing with stuff with my brain. C.
