  the best PT i’ve been to so far. my therapists Laura and Jess are amazing. Everyone is so caring, so thoughtful, and so nice. no matter if you have a certain therapist, all the pts show their attentiveness and care for you. timings are great - just come on time and you’ll get called for your session. they do get busy on certain days, especially in the mornings.. so plan accordingly with your pts. i go 2-3 times a week! my pts actually make sure they can squeeze me in and show all the attention they can for me. they’re careful, gentle, and firm with your exercises - you can feel how much your therapists care and want to make you better.. so i’m grateful for mine. all in all, i’m happy that i’m doing my recovery with them. 💗🙏

  If you need OT or PT, look no further than STARS in Rego Park. There are many options in the area and I had been treated at various locations but none of them compare to my experience at STARS. Everybody I met - from the staff at the reception desk to the therapists and their assistants - was attentive, friendly and kind. My deepest gratitude goes to Sira Zentner who treated me following my wrist ORIF and made it her personal goal to help me regain full use of my hand. She made each visit a fun experience I was looking forward to. She rejoiced with me for all the progress and came up with solutions for every little setback along the many months of my treatment. It was really a teamwork with the rest of the OT team - Sandy, Will and the assistants cheering on. The positive and supportive environment really helped with the often neglected emotional aspect of healing. THANK YOU. I hope the management recognizes the excellent work they do and considers improving their work load by adjusting the scheduling so that the therapists can spend more one on one time with each patient.

  I'm a patient with ACL ligament rapture and had a surgery. I did pre-op PT and still doing post-op PT with STARS. After going to a different place and wasting my time and not healing at all I came to STARS. I was recommended to go to a different location but since Rego park location is much closer I decided to give it a try. What a difference. I didn't choose my therapist, I didn't even know whom I was seeing but I got very lucky. Dr Billy (William Lombardo) is excellent. He is very professional and cares about his patients. The place is clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend

  Went to STAR for vestibular therapy to deal with vertigo. Lata did a thorough exam and determined it was an issue with my left ear. She did a manipulation and gave me instructions for the next 24 hours thereafter. After months of seeing various doctors and undergoing all sorts of tests, I was cured after one visit with Lata. She was so kind and knowledgeable about BPPV. I wish I would’ve met with her weeks before. The receptionists and phone operators were all courteous and friendly. Appointments were on time.

  I unfortunately sprained my ankle and was experiencing constant daily pain before being referred to this rehabilitation center. From my first visit, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. I primarily worked with Laura and Jess, who were both extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped me make amazing progress with my ankle pain, and I always felt supported during every session. Even when I wasn’t working directly with them, the other therapists were more than happy to help whenever I needed it. I would highly recommend this rehabilitation center, especially under the care of Laura and Jess they truly made my recovery experience a positive one!
