  Had about 3 months of PT at this location after my ACL reconstruction surgery. I was lucky to be working on my recovery with Johnny and Christian. They were both attentive, encouraging, and kind. They pushed when they knew I needed it, and really got me feeling more confident about my strength and mobility again. I'd highly recommend this location if you're looking for PT!

  Outstanding Care from a Compassionate Team! I am Maycol, Today was my first consultation at Northwell Health STARS Rehabilitation, and I already feel like I’m in great hands. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Laura and Anna were especially kind and helpful — answering all my questions with professionalism and warmth. My physical therapist, Johnny Gonzales, took the time to truly listen and understand my post-surgery condition (following a neck operation). He was extremely detailed and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping me recover and build a sustainable plan forward. The entire team gives off a caring and professional vibe — exactly what you want during recovery. I’m looking forward to continuing my therapy here and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of top-notch rehabilitation care.

  This is an amazing place to do physical therapy. I’ve had scoliosis since I was around 15-16 years old and the pediatric scoliosis doctor would recommend PT, but my mom was like try yoga first since it’s basically the same exercise. Less than a year I quit yoga since I didn’t like it. Over the summer (in August) when I saw Dr Yoshihara he also recommended PT, but I was already heading back to college. When I saw him again back in December (for winter break), he again recommended PT and that’s when I started doing it. My therapist Jay and his assistant Will were one of the kindest and greatest people ever. I appreciate how understanding and kind they were. I actually like how Will was so supportive and motivating me especially since I am someone who has social anxiety so I get so nervous talking to people. If you can choose a therapist I would recommend Jay and Will, they’re patient and would listen to any concerns you have. The front desk people (Lia, Alejandro, Luke, and Adriana) is also very patient and nice. Thank you Glendale, will be coming back here if needed and recommend this place for others. I will for sure miss seeing all the staff who know me and was patient with me.

  I have been coming to this facility since January after being involved in a car accident and all I must say is they been great help with my recovery Jay the first person that took my intake was great and very informative after that I had Nicole and Jay who worked with me to get me walking again and learning how to do deal with my fracture ankle. PT at this place has been great - Nicole is amazing, caring and very friendly - Nilroy who assisted her as well was great- the front staff as well Gabby and Karina are very friendly! I would truly recommend this place to anyone needing PT- the place is huge and very clean

  Johnny and Christian are great physical therapists! Javier and Tony were helpful assistants! All worked with my mother and were very patient and kind. My mother has shown great improvement and has more confidence! Thank you to all!
