  I had an amazing experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to listen to me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I left feeling well taken care of and supported. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this office!

  I’ve been a patient of Dr. Anele for over 10 years and unfortunately the service has gone down hill over the past few years! Be prepared to be waiting on hold for over 30 mins if you’re trying to make an appointment or even speak to someone for that matter! It’s ridiculous and asinine…I love absolutely love Dr. Anele, but her front desk/receptionists are slacking tremendously and need to do way better with patient centered care! Can’t even schedule an annual physical because no one answers the phones or have you on hold for 30+ minutes Hopefully changes will happen after this review!
