  I never had a reason to be inside of this facility, but being that this was my third time coming here & each time, I was greeted nicely. The staff is great. I even saw housekeeping dusting the top of the closets, headboards & tv's. I was exciting to see that happen. It is very clean there.

  I was expressed. Place clean, the patient was comfortable, no complaints. And I expectionly like how patients are clam and welcome visitors! Staff greeted with smiles on their faces! I being 70 years old this month, had considered; if I ever in need, I would want too be at Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation! Thank you! My friend is in good hands!

  First visit to Northern Manhattan, my mom just arrived there and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very clean, the staff seemed very pleasant and responsive. I feel good about leaving her there while she rehabs.

  Most are very helpful and respectful. I feel that rooms when unoccupied should be monitored so theft of property can be minimized. Heard one resident complaining. Overall, caring for disabled ones is not an easy job. I feel that here the staff has a grip on it. Thank you.

  I cant thank the staff and administration of Northern Manhattan my mom is a resident for 8years. All the staff I've encountered are attentive to my moms needs. When she went there I wasn't sure what to expect but as the years have past she is flourishing. Sometimes time passes that I don't visit but I'm never worried cause when I do come she's even better than the last time. Every place isn't perfect and I'm sure they have issues but Northern Manhattan has done nothing but help my family by taking excellent care of my mom. I can't say enough good and positive things about this facility. Again thank you for showing love and care for my mom.
