  Really beautiful facility, great staff and clean place. I did not know about this location and after visiting would like to be a regular patient here. I saw Dr. Tom Lin and I'm so happy I got a referral from a friend to visit him. He is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. He addresses all of my concerns, and everything was easy and smooth with my visit.

  I recently visited NewYork Presbyterian Medical Group Queens (163-13 Horace Harding Expressway) for some orthopedic issues, and I have to say, my experience was pretty positive. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in; the receptionists made the check-in process smooth and easy. My appointment with the orthopedic specialist was on time, which I really appreciated. The therapist (Pina) took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and it was clear they really wanted to help me find the right treatment plan. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which made me feel more comfortable. They also have a range of rehabilitation services available, so it seems like a one-stop shop for all things related to recovery. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands during my visit. If you're dealing with orthopedic issues, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out!

  Had my medical appointment here for a hand consultation and it was a top tier experience. Dr Rogers (Hand surgeon) was very knowledgeable about my primary concern and was able to establish appropriate treatment for me. The staff are very polite and helpful throughout the process. I failed to present my MRI from another hospital but they were able to reach out that hospital and get the MRI results that I needed for this consultation. Priscilla (unit receptionist) was extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely kind with this little hurdle that we encountered. Coming here is like checking in a 5 star hotel. It was worth the visit!

  My first time there and was very impressed, office is very modern and clean and staff was beyond friendly and professional. Waiting time was less than 15 minutes, it was a great experience. Dr Lin looks very young but he is a great Dr !

  All staffs were so nice and professional. Started with the triage nurse, very kind and showed empathy. The ER visit felt so smooth and didn't have any overwhelming feelings. I felt safe and being taken care of by the medical professionals at the ER. Surprisingly it wasn't as packed as I expected, they had a good flow of how to manage taking care of parents.
