The front desk customer service are professional and friendly. The nurse was patient, thorough and professional. My doctor was very attentive of my concerns and responded to all my questions accordingly. The facility is well spaced out, clean and the examination rooms are big and comfortable.

11-3-2025 I am happy to see friendly faces and new interns coming and going at this facility. I found a lot of the doctors very concerned and attentive to their patients and they are very comfortable to be working with. The staff is very pleasant and I enjoy talking to them and getting screened. The recent visit was with my Primary Care. It was important I see him that day, though I was running late and the traffic held me at a juncture 30 minutes late to my appointment. I was still able to see my Doctor and was checked in at a later time after making a call for the delay. I was getting my Flu Shot My Exam and checked for vital signs A referral to another doctor where the staff done a very good job and greeted with speed of service on a Friday. I do like to Thank them from the bottom of my heart for being the nicest staff in the planet and welcoming new patients. I wish them all the best of Health, Good wishes and lots of Fun and cheers! I’m am more than satisfied with the care and concern of the staff. Very kind and helpful. Dr Konka has been my Dr for over 30 years. I’m so happy to have someone who cares about you and puts 100% in caring for you. He took care of my parents and now still my husband and me. More than happy to be a part of this group.

I like that this is “one stop shopping”, different specialties in the same building. I was able to schedule additional appointments after meeting with my PCP that day and even had the opportunity to have an additional service that day with a different specialty. My only complaint is that there needs to be a bit more privacy at the reception desk, conversation between myself and the receptionist was a bit loud with other patients able to hear the different appointments that were being made for me.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They are also very professional. The facility is impeccably clean with modern state of the art equipment. The wait time for one's appointment is one of the best in my experience in medical facilities. The medical team are more than capable and competent for all the issues I have ever required help with. They are very knowledgeable, answering my questions and so far, have been on point.
