  want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Rosa and her amazing nurse assistants! I called in this morning to make an appointment, and they were able to work me in and get me seen the same day. Dr. Rosa is truly awesome I honestly enjoy coming here and having her as my doctor. She takes her time, answers every question, and makes you feel completely comfortable. You can walk in having the worst day, and she’ll turn it around. I always leave her office feeling better, reassured, and with a smile on my face. Her assistants are always patient, gentle, and caring. And I have to shout out Danisha at the front desk —she is always so welcoming, kind, and helpful every time I come in. She really sets the tone and makes the whole visit smooth. I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great doctor and a great team!

  I must say that this practice has amazing employees. I interacted with a young lady name Collyssa and she was able to help me to scheduled an appointment for my son. She was also able to give me an estimate as to how much my insurance would cover for this visit. She was very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.

  The location is absolutely perfect available to you will be the 4,5,2,3 train and LIRR , as well as the 45 bus , the 41, the 25, 67 and a few others , makes this the perfect location. If you have a minute walk down to the Barclay Center find something to do if you come to the location too early sightsee. This also helps to make the location the perfect spot. Now let's talk about the practice. I must say upon entering I was very pleasantly greeted by a staff member. The area is very calm the chairs are comfortable and the entire area looks very clean. Nothing worse than waiting for your appointment sitting around filth right? Nonetheless the staff members behind the desk even though busy with their administrative duties had time to answer questions. Going into the room to see my doctor the floor was clean the waiting room or rather the examination room was clean no lint balls or dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. Which is always a good thing that's one of the reasons why I left the other practice because it just wasn't tidy however here absolutely wonderful. My doctor is very knowledgeable and his staff members are as well. Very professional service rendered. This practice has more than one doctor and they specialize in more than one area of Medicine. Sorry I didn't take any pictures but I got you all on the next one.

  My visit with Dr. Romero was excellent. I was seen right on time, the staff was very courteous, gentle and thoughtful. Dr. Romero is a wonderful doctor, very clear in her explanations and compassionate and flexible in making future arrangements for treatment. The facility is very secure, clean and comfortable. I am extremely happy to be a patient there.

  I wish to give 0 star but there isn’t option. I want to point out how terrible experience with this facilities. First of all, my first visit was Friday. At that day, my breathing reaction was very bad. I didn’t think I’ll make it long so I made an appointment. Then I found out on Saturday that my prescription never reach the pharmacy. I called the office to resend the prescription but it was closed. 🤣🤣🤣 And let me point out I just paid them almost $800 for Friday visit 😂😂😂 for a terrible, unreachable emergency assist. I either short myself out of breath to death bc I couldn’t get medication on time. So I must made another appointment to urgent care clinic so they can give me prescription on Saturday. Another $200 that I didn’t expect to pay. Very bad impression at first time right? Not finished! My second visit which is 3 months later. I must pay another $548 for a short 20 mins visit that no complications. Doctor didn’t do anything fancy or use any machine on me. She asked simple question, explain simple thing that I can google or find it thru YouTube. Then she asked if I want flu shot. In my head, flu shot at CVS is only $30 and since I already paid $548 which is a lot!!! so meaning flu shot must be included. No explanation that flu shot is extra charge. Then bill comes. There is an extra shot so 2 shot total!!!! For extra $200 I’m speechless at this moment. 😱😱😱😱 how come they force to put something that I never agreed on the bill? How come they charge $200 when I can get it at drugstore for $30? Oh I must add! I also paid for another lap test $1700 plus $1000 of medication. And my condition never resolved. Doctor never really treat me. I must even ask if I must go to allergy clinic instead? Oh and the lap test was also not my authorized or ask me if I’m ok to pay that high price lap test. I called the lap asking why the bill is so high. The doctor ask to test some unnecessary things such as dairy reaction which I never had any food allergies in my life! She never explained to me why I had such a short breath or wheezy sound and if I have no related to asthma or bronchitis. Here is the shocking bills! List 2,3,4 are the ones I did t expect to be charged. Someone told me, the bills is cheaper with health insurance company but when self-pay, they overcharge it. List 2 should be charged with Medicaid or insurance but they forced to charge me anyway! Lastly, the manager call me. She was very rude ever! No empathy to understanding that I just pay bloody $4000 for the simple symptoms. She also argued the add-on vaccine I must pay. Excuse me? When you go to restaurant and the waiter ask if you want extra shrimp or add-on items, they ALWAYS ask if I’m ok to pay extra fee! Worst experience of medical visit and bloody charge that I ever experienced in my life. Other clinic always ask me if I’m ok to pay this bill.
