  I've been a patient of Dr. Davis, and I think he's an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has consistently been disappointing. On multiple visits, I've waited 30 minutes or more before being seen, and the staff have often come across as rude and unhelpful. While I have no complaints about Dr. Davis himself, the long wait times and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend this office. There are plenty of other providers where patients are treated with more courtesy and respect.

  I had an amazing experience with New York Bone & Joint Specialists today, I am so grateful for their high quality care!! they are helping me navigate a Worker's Compensation Case (always a headache!!) with ease and care. Dr. Ellie is an incredible physician, who listens and takes all the time a patient needs, and goes above and beyond! Dr. Razani is absolutely the same, and he is so soothing and helpful-- he helped calm me down from panic about my broken foot, and was great at explaining what was wrong. I want to also shout out the front desk staff, Annie Renee and Jessi, who are knowledgeable and warm and also so helpful. I really can't recommend this practice enough! There is nowhere else and no one else I would trust more with my care.

  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Davis. He was extremely prompt, very well educated, and took the time to truly listen to the issues I’ve been having with my back pain. His kindness and patience made me feel comfortable and understood. The two receptionists were also wonderful — friendly, efficient, and very helpful with checking me in and scheduling my follow-up appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Davis and will definitely be returning.

  Dr. Amir Ranzani was very attentive and thorough. He was very polite and pleasant to talk to. He seemed very concerned with my needs and amazing bedside manner. The front desk was amazing and the wait time was extremely short! Great experience.

  ok so I'm dealing with l4l5 bulging and herniating. I have 2x completely screwed up my back before two vacations and had to skip them. And then I did it again before (tomorrow) I was supposed to go to Mexico with all my friends. I could barely walk and was literally crying when I found a last minute appt with NYBJS same day on Zocdoc. I came in and yes I did have to wait a while as the other reviews mentioned. I brought work to do, plugged in my laptop and waited about 1 hour to be seen. The fellow (doctor) who saw me was nice and professional and the main doctor (John M____) was also pleasant and efficient. They sprayed me down with lidocaine, gave me toradol shots and gave me steroids and flexiril (the same protocol as the ER in my unfortunately substantial experience). Was back out on the streets walking, feeling so much better within 2 hrs of arriving. Find me an ER where they can do that that ALSO is a calm pleasant environment . Shout out to Renee and Sade who were nice, helpful and cool. I see you two! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ While I hope I do not have the occasion to return I am soooo grateful they helped me today. although surely I will be coming back in two weeks after I injure myself surfing, which I suck at and know I shouldn't be doing.... YOLOOOOOO (lol) See you all soon!!! 🤙🤙
