  Dr. Marissa Pedro is one of the best doctors I've ever seen in NYC - it's just a shame that she's at this location. The admin here is atrocious - the woman I spoke to on the phone was so rude and inconsiderate, it made me vow to never return to this location. I couldn't believe the attitude when I was politely calling to cancel an appointment. Unbelievable, really.

  Dr. Goldman really cares. I've never had an orthotic address so many issues and change the game like his prescription has. Plus he's so warm and kindhearted. I can walk nearly 8 miles with no foot or knee pain for the first time since gaining weight. So glad I found him : )

  Very pleased with welcoming staff and facilities. I ask a lot of questions and everyone is very patient and answers thoroughly. Doctors and staff follow up on any issues.

  I had an 8.30am appointment. The doctor was half hour late, no acknowledgement no apology. The doctor spent last less than a minute and a half with me.

  My husband & I are each patient’s of Dr Jonathan Gordon and each experience an exceptional start to finish experience with he and the entire team. Efficient and kind every step of the way. Dr Gordon’s straightforward and to the point recovery plans always give us piece of mind the moment we see him. More importantly we always feel better despite more injuries as each year ages us. We adore him & his knowledge & care is best in class!
