Very poor time management. Floor 2 could care less if you have a scheduled appointment, they'll see you 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled time, pushing you back on your infusions, yet claim it's to "take care of other patients". The least they can do is not pile everyone and their mother on one day and then complain jowls busy it is. My mother is a stage 4 cancer patient, we rely on transport and we cannot afford to miss it due to their horrible time management. Edit: we had to cancel our transport and pay out of pocket due to THEIR time negligence. One if the nurses was extrramly rude, dismissing our concerns on missing our transport, saying she's very busy. If we have a chemo appointment at 1:30 we get our seat at 1:30, not 2:15. Very delayed too but their excuse is it's very busy (again, just don't pile everyone and their mother on one certain day). Now we have to pay out of pocket with money WE DO NOT HAVE because of the lack of time consideration for their patients.

I am sharing my GYN experience about Dr. Jennifer Jackson. This is the second time I attended my GYN examine with her. First time it was okay but this second time it was a unpleasant experience. First of I waited about 45 min in the exam room before being seen. Second, during my pelvis exam I believe she was inconsiderate as I couldn't get myself to relax the way she wanted me to. At this point she became frustrated, and during my culture exam she swabbed me 3 different times with force causing me uncomfortable pain. She took off her gloves and walked out! I will never go back to this doctor as she has no patience, and to me behaved unprofessional.

My wife had an appointment for the first ultra sound scan today and to put it in simple words the tech bursted our bubble of happiness. My wife and I were talking amongst ourselves about delivery of our child and just small future plans and the tech rudely budged into our conversation and said how about we just focus on making it to 12 weeks in a negative tone. Obviously we know so many different things can happen but we are excited to be expecting new life into our lives and the tech could’ve just honestly kept her thoughts to herself especially since we did not involve her into our conversation. I never leave bad reviews but even after letting time pass by that comment just didn’t sit right with my wife and I. What is supposed to be a beautiful moment was easily turned into a bad experience.

If I could make this a negative start I would ! The front desk staff at 1575 blondell very rude! Pretends that she can't hear me to then hang up, then when I call back she doesn't pick up! Like what?

Once I received a positive pregnancy test I called to schedule an appointment with an OBGYN. Even after the receptionist asking me “when was my first day of my last menstrual”, she still managed to scheduled me to early for the doctors to confirm my pregnancy which forced me to have to reschedule my appointment. The early pregnancy division doctor stated during my wait time for my next appointment if I had any concerns regarding my pregnancy to call and request to speak to a nurse. Eventually I did end up having some concerns and was told by the front desk that a nurse couldn’t return my call because I wasn’t a patient of theirs eventhough I was scheduled for a follow up appointment and actually seen a doctor prior to my upcoming visit. During my second visit the doctor was able to confirm my pregnancy as well as my due date. For my next appointment with an actual OBGYN “Dr. Sravanthi Gutta”, requested a nurse in the early pregnancy division department call me the day before my appointment to tell me my appointment had to be canceled because they never confirmed I was pregnant. Well come to find out Dr.Gutta was wrong and didn’t read all the notes in my chart before having the nurses call me trying to cancel my appointment. After noticing the OBGYN Dr.Gutta’s mistake they told me to still come in for my appointment. Hours goes by after calling me 8am with incorrect information. I received another call later in the afternoon stating Dr.Gutta is now calling out sick for the day of my appointment and it has to be reschedule. I feel this OBGYN doctor is very unprofessional as well as unreliable. Instead of trying to find fault in her fellow colleagues as well as in my paperwork without reading all the notes in my chart thoroughly she should’ve called out sick from the beginning instead of having the nurses call me with incorrect information stating my baby heartbeat wasn’t detected knowing I’m going on three months pregnant which can be very traumatizing for any expecting mother.
