  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Two weeks to simply reach the front desk because it goes to the answering machine.I left a voicemail twice and no one ever returned my call. By week three I Finally reached them and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Hung up the call. The doctors are the same. Sent a message on my chart for a medical referral I needed and never answered on top of that left the practice and didn't inform me. The doctor had multiple session with me and was always late. Never did a video call even though on paper work she'd state that she did. I could have been someone else the whole time. Absolutely disastrous. Staff is extremely rude. I feel bad for people that have no choice to go to these place because is what their insurance covers.

  This place is very unprofessional. The therapists are constantly calling out sick or have sudden emergencies. Reception also makes continuous errors with scheduling. They schedule virtual appointment but fail to tell the patient it's virtual. Appointments get canceled and they also fail to call patients, then have the audacity to say they either called, emailed, or sent text. They are never apologetic when they err. I don't know who is supervising this staff but whoever you are, you are being paid to do nothing.

  The best behavioral clinic. My doctor is the best. Blessings to all these doctors,nurses,therapist,security guards n all the greatest workers!!

  Save yourself the trouble, and don't even bother with this practice. They have no idea what they are doing, unorganized, and the patients suffer for it.

  My psychiatrist is the only one who is ever on time to everything. The front desk only answers the phone when they feel like it. My therapist has missed so many sessions with me and I’m the one being marked “No-Show” for a phone appointment? How is that even possible when I’M WAITING FOR THE CALL. It’s been more than 5-times now and no one ever reaches back to help. The management here is terrible I don’t understand how you guys expect people to look for help when you WON’T GIVE IT.
